Payment questions
This website does not accept payments directly or publish a universal refund entitlement. A Club payment is subject to its applicable agreement, invoice or reservation conditions and any nonwaivable legal rights.
How to request a review
Contact Member Services with your name, payment date, amount, receipt or reference and the reason for your request. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
Report a suspected duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charge promptly so the Club can identify the transaction. A request does not itself confirm that a refund has been approved.
Membership and events
Ask the Club about the specific terms applicable to membership dues, reservations, events or any other payment. This website does not set a new refund window, promise a processing deadline or replace an existing agreement.
